Southwestern Chicken Stew

1 t. olive oil (or a bit more)
chicken
1 onion chopped
2 jalapenos
2 cloves garlic
1 t. cumin
3/4 t. oregano
1 lb. potatoes in 1 1/2" cubes
2 c. white beans
2 c. corn
1 3/4 c. chicken broth
1 t. salt
1/4 c. crushed tortilla chips
1/2 c. cilantro

In skillet w/lid heat oil, cook chicken, then put on plate. Put onion, peppers, garlic, cumin and oregano in and cook till golden, then add in all but last 2 ingredients. Heat to boiling then reduce to medium/low, cook 15 minutes (covered) till potatoes done. Add chips to thicken, then cilantro before serving.
